Deliveries to Plovdiv

Free delivery is for orders over 50 BGN and is only for the city of Plovdiv.In case the order is below this amount, a fee is charged “Delivery by our courier” in the amount of 3.50 BGN regardless of the weight of the shipment.
After successful generation and completion of your order, within 24 hours or the first working day of the week, an employee of the online store will contact you by phone to confirm and specify the day of delivery to Plovdiv. All deliveries are made AT YOUR CONVENIENCE within three working days after order confirmation.

Deliveries throughout the country

When finalizing the order, you can specify a “SPEEDY” office or address of your location to receive the shipment, the cost of the courier service is at your expense.

A 1% surcharge is added to the delivery amount for insurance and cash on delivery.

– Processing your order may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the availability of the products you ordered. You will receive a confirmation message by viber or e-mail with the delivery note number, that your order has been shipped.
– The delivery time nationwide by courier companies is up to 2 working days after dispatch. SPEEDY will inform you of the day and time of delivery.
– The shipping cost will be charged upon finalization of your order and will
will be added to the final amount to be paid by cash on delivery or via the virtual POS terminal.
– Each shipment is sent with an “INSPECTION” option. The user is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and notify immediately if any discrepancies, shortages and damages are found. If the consumer fails to do so, the delivery shall be deemed accepted without objection.

Payment methods:
– cash on delivery – paid in cash, by courier of “SPEEDY” – and bank card online
– virtual POS terminal – directly when finalizing the order with Maestro, Visa and Master card. (The online store does not store data on the bank cards of its customers.)

Any consumer who has made a purchase at www.pampеrsite.bg , has the right to return the products ordered by him within a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt in the event that they are stored in the original packaging, have not been used, the integrity of the packaging has not been damaged and are in the form in which they were received, including with full packaging and documentation, under the terms of Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.

– Each parcel sent by a courier company has the option “REVIEW”. The user is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and notify the courier immediately if any discrepancies, shortages or damages are detected by not paying the imposed payment. If the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them by courier, paying the delivery both ways.
– Orders that are shipped to an office of your choice , but not claimed, are returned after the 5th day and your account is automatically deleted.
